The app calls an authenticated function that validates the UID and recent reauthentication on the server. There is no public deletion endpoint.
Access from the web app
Sign in to the web application and go to Edit profile → Danger zone → Delete my account. Review the impact, confirm your identity again with your password or Google, accept the consequences, and type DELETE. Deletion is processed as an authenticated operation from that screen.

Email support@piconsite.com from the address associated with your account and state that you want your Pic on Site account deleted. We will verify your identity before processing it. Never send passwords, tokens, or sensitive documents by email.
- Firebase Authentication account, profile, avatar, and preferences.

Photos, thumbnails, GPS metadata, plans, reports, presentations, and BIM data already included in a shared project are part of that project's operational record. They remain available to project members, while the deleted user's UID, name, and photo are removed and replaced with neutral attribution. This prevents the deletion of other users' data or broken evidence, reports, and BIM relationships.
If you are the owner, deletion stops until you transfer ownership or delete the project/team. Contact support if this requires coordination with the owning organization.
Account data is removed from active systems when the process completes. Pic on Site does not define an additional application-level retention period for that data. Technical logs, disaster-recovery backups, or data subject to a legal obligation may follow the infrastructure provider's or applicable legal retention period; they are not restored for ordinary account use.
If you accepted optional analytics in the web application, historical Microsoft Clarity sessions cannot be selectively deleted for one user. Microsoft normally retains playback data for 30 days and certain aggregated data or selected sessions for up to 9 months; they become unavailable when those periods expire. Account deletion prevents new authenticated sessions from being linked to that UID.
Depending on your permissions, you can delete your photos, empty trash, or archive/delete projects in the app. For another specific request, email support@piconsite.com and identify the affected data and project. The project owner may need to authorize removal of shared content.
