We handle the data you provide when registering or signing in to the app, the profile information you configure, the project content your team uploads to the service, and the information you send through landing page forms, such as name, email, professional role, usage context, or professional links when you choose to share them.
We use that information to authenticate users, organize projects and teams, display the correct context for each photo, sync collaborators, answer commercial or pilot requests, and improve the operational experience of both the platform and the public landing page.
The public landing page uses measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand general page usage, detect navigation issues, and improve the experience. This information is used for analytics and operational purposes, not to sell personal data to third parties.
Information is shared with the authorized members of each team inside the app and with the technical providers required to host, authenticate, measure, and operate Pic on Site. We do not sell usage data or project content to third parties.
Personal account data is retained while the account is active and removed from active systems when account deletion completes. Content already included in shared projects may remain as part of the project record with the user's identity anonymized. Technical logs, recovery backups, or legal obligations may follow the provider's or applicable legal retention period and are not restored for ordinary account use. Historical Microsoft Clarity sessions accepted by the user cannot be deleted selectively: playback data is normally retained for 30 days and certain aggregated data or selected sessions for up to 9 months.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. The app supports account deletion from Profile with reauthentication and explicit confirmation. You can also review the public deletion process or contact support. Shared content may require ownership transfer or coordination with the project owner.
