We handle the data you provide when registering or signing in to the app, the profile information you configure, the project content your team uploads to the service, and the information you send through landing page forms, such as name, email, professional role, usage context, or professional links when you choose to share them.
We use that information to authenticate users, organize projects and teams, display the correct context for each photo, sync collaborators, answer commercial or pilot requests, and improve the operational experience of both the platform and the public landing page.
The public landing page uses measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand general page usage, detect navigation issues, and improve the experience. This information is used for analytics and operational purposes, not to sell personal data to third parties.
Information is shared with the authorized members of each team inside the app and with the technical providers required to host, authenticate, measure, and operate Pic on Site. We do not sell usage data or project content to third parties.
We retain information while the account, team, or contact relationship remains active and for the time reasonably needed to respond to incidents, maintain operational backups, and comply with applicable technical or legal obligations.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data and contact us with questions about how it is handled. For content shared within teams, some actions may require coordination with the project or organization owner.
If you need privacy help or a specific clarification about data handling in Pic on Site, email support@piconsite.com.
