Terms
These terms describe the basic rules for using Pic on Site as an informational website and as a construction photo documentation platform for teams that need to organize, review, and share visual evidence with project context.
The public landing page may be accessed freely, and the app is intended for users authorized by their team or organization. Each account is personal and must be used consistently with the workflow for which it was enabled.
Pic on Site must not be used to upload unlawful, malicious, unrelated, or third-party-rights-infringing content. Users must not try to interfere with the security, availability, or technical integrity of the landing page, the app, or related services.
Each user is responsible for the information uploaded through their account and for keeping their access details up to date. Administrative organizations are responsible for managing who can access their projects and teams.
We work to keep Pic on Site available and stable, but the service may evolve, undergo maintenance, or change features when necessary to improve operations, security, or the product itself.
The software, brand, landing page, and proprietary elements of Pic on Site remain the property of their owners. User-uploaded content remains with the parties entitled to it, subject to the technical licenses needed to host, process, and display it within the service.
If you need a contractual, commercial, or operational clarification about using Pic on Site, email support@piconsite.com.
